Access your results two ways, go online to www.mytestresults.com or by phone call 1-866-350-4303.
- Customer number: 8663504303 (required for online access only)
- Client Login/UID is your social security number
- PIN is your 6 digit date of birth. (Example: July 3, 1965 would be 070365)
- You can also opt for auto notification of your test results by entering your email address.
- All abnormal results needing attention will be handled by a personal phone call or return visit.
